In case you forgot the password for your McAfee my account

If anyhow you don’t remember the password for your McAfee my account then on the same page (home.mcafee.com) you need to click on forgot password. Just click on that and you will find a place where you can put your email and can create a reset password link. That reset password link will come to your email inbox.

In case you want to reinstall McAfee with McAfee login to my account

Just login to your McAfee account and then go to the subscriptions section of your McAfee account and see your product there and download it. Upon downloading it will create a serial number note down the serial number somewhere. Now run the download in order to reinstall your McAfee. NOTE: If you are unable to change your account information after logging in to home.mcafee.com, contact Customer Service. It can change these items for you.

  1. Go to home.mcafee.com.

  3. Type your registered email address and password, and then click Log In.
  4. Mouse over My Account:
    • To update your shipping information, email address, and password click Update Profile.
    • To update your billing information, click Edit Billing.
    • Type the requested information and click Save.
