Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or using any services from Chandresh Pratap Singh, trading as Com-Safe (“The Proprietor,” “We,” or “Our Agency”), a Sole Proprietorship operating from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Agreement and Services

These Terms govern the services provided by Com-Safe, which include:

SEO Plans: Subscription-based services covering On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategy and implementation.
Website Development: Fixed-scope and custom development services.
Custom Integration/Security Services: Services based on a written quote.

Specific project details, fees, and timelines are governed by the separate Service Proposal or Contract issued to you.

2. Prohibited Services and Content Policy

We strictly prohibit the use of our services (Design, SEO, or Development) for the following categories. Violation may lead to immediate contract termination without refund.

Illegal/Dangerous Goods & Weapons: All illegal drugs, controlled substances (including cannabis/marijuana), firearms, ammunition, explosives, or any services promoting violence.
Adult/Sexual Content: Any product or service that promotes explicit sexual acts, pornography, sex toys, or escort services.
Financial & Deceptive Schemes: Pyramid schemes, Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), misleading loan offers, or any “get-rich-quick” schemes deemed fraudulent.
Hateful/Discriminatory Content: Any content that promotes hate speech or discrimination.

3. Financial and Legal

A. Payment Methods

All payments for services are processed through Bank Transfer, PayPal, Razorpay, or UPI.

B. Ad Spend Funds

The Ad Spend component of any payment is non-refundable once it has been spent on third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook).

C. Ownership and Proprietary Tools

The Client receives full ownership of the final website and content upon full payment. The Proprietor retains full intellectual ownership of all internal strategies, proprietary coding frameworks, and CRM integration tools used to deliver the services.

4. Warranty, Support, and Compatibility Limitations

Limited Warranty and Support Period:
- All Website Development services include a standard 90-day post-delivery warranty covering bugs in the original core code/setup.
- All support services are limited to one year from the date of purchase. After this period, all fixes, modifications, and updates are subject to additional charges.
Compatibility Limitations: We guarantee function on the latest two versions of major modern web browsers. We provide no warranty for compatibility with obsolete browsers or non-standard devices.
Third-Party Components: We take no responsibility or warranty for issues arising from the compatibility, functionality, or security of any third-party plugins or scripts that the Client installs after the final website delivery.

5. Performance and Liability

A. Limitation of Liability

The Proprietor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profit, or business interruption arising from the use of the services.

B. SEO and Performance Guarantee

We provide no guarantee that any SEO strategy will achieve specific keyword rankings, traffic levels, or lead volumes. No refund is provided based on performance metrics alone.

6. Service Delivery and Policies

Delivery: Project access or initial reports are typically delivered to the client’s email address within 48 hours following service finalization and full payment.

By initiating any payment or engaging in a service agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the terms outlined above.
